This product is obtained by natural fractioning of refined palm oil. Natural fractioning means cooling and filtering operations with no chemical additives added.

Characteristics

Liquid at room temperature, and may present higher melting point triglycerides precipitation if stored in cold places. Due to its low linolenic acid content (C18:3), this product presents high oxidation resistance. Once it was not submitted to artificial hydrogenation processes is a trans fatty acid-free product.

Transportation
Dry cargo, avoiding sun exposure. For long distance transportation, refrigerated transport services are indicated.

  • 1 year from manufacture date.
  • Storage basic conditions must be followed.
